FAQ
How do I book online?
You can book through the website or download the Apple app to make your bookings.
I don’t have any Pilates experience, does that matter?
No experience is needed. If you’re unsure, book a 1:1 session and I’ll help you feel comfortable.
Why do I need grip socks?
Grip socks help with control and stability on the reformer. They’re also important for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have any, we sell them at the studio (subject to stock).
How many sessions do you recommend per week?
Consistency matters, so I recommend one or two sessions a week to start seeing results.
What if I have an injury or health issue?
Contact Katy directly via email or DM with details of your condition. She’ll let you know if reformer Pilates is suitable for you right now.
I’ve booked a session but can’t make it, what should I do?
We have a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule policy, so please keep that in mind. If you’re logged in as a member, you can reschedule to a more convenient time.
Where is the studio?
The studio is in Croscombe, near Wells. The full address is shared after booking.
Is there parking?
Yes, there’s plenty of free parking.
I’m a beginner, can I join a class?
Yes, Foundation classes are designed for beginners. Don’t worry if you’re nervous, everyone starts somewhere and the atmosphere is friendly.
What should I wear?
Just wear your usual gym or activewear. Make sure you’re comfortable and remember your grip socks.
